What You’ll Do: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s legal services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing corporate documentation, including minute books, corporate forms, resolutions, and filings.
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
- Assisting attorneys with mergers, acquisitions, or other complex transactions.
