Associate, M&A and Corporate DevelopmentWe are currently seeking an M&A and Corporate Development Associate to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico.Although based in Mexico City,this role is fully global in scope and not focused on the local Mexican market, with direct integration into our team in Dallas.You will lead and support M&A transactions across North America—primarily the U.S.—and Asia Pacific, working on high-impact deals in the Technology Services space (Digital Transformation and AI), typically ranging from USD 100M to USD 1B.You will be part of a globally coordinated team, contributing to strategic investments that shape NTT DATA's international growth.You will be involved in end-to-end M&A transactions that drive the company's inorganic growth.This is high-impact, global-reach role with direct exposure to some of highest priority growth initiatives.Responsibilities include:Contributes to development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas/po...
