Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities include advising assigned lines of business by:  

• Reviewing and approving all contracts related to certain lines of business
• Providing legal advice related to executed contracts or business projects
• Providing support with new products and services, including analyzing and proposing the legal framework or structure for such new product/service, assist in negotiations of any required contracts and prepare contract templates to engage prospective clients.
• Supporting compliance function of each line of business
• Other legal projects and key initiatives, as needed.

• Graduate from Law School
• Bilingual oral and written English skills
• The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
