Job Description
The Corporate Counsel - Commercial role will be a part of Mitel's global Legal Team and act as a business partner to international stakeholders. With a primary focus in the UK & International region, the Corporate Counsel - Commercial role will support the UK & International sales team on all aspects of the sales process, including responding to public and private sector RFPs and direct sales deals. In addition, Mitel may require legal support across a number of other functions including HR, facilities, trade compliance, litigation, procurement, corporate law /M&A etc.,
- Guide and support the bid team in review, response and negotiation of public and private sector RFPs; support the sales team in respect of any direct sales deals and with sales through our Channel Partnerships.
