Preferred Requirements:

Draft a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements

Update company books and statutory registers, including submitting filings to Companies House

Conduct research to address any legal issues that arise

Carry out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and preparing documents

Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person
