Corporate & Commercial Lawyer
A highly regarded mid-tier commercial firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (1–3 years PAE) to join a growing team that works closely with clients in the education and not‑for‑profit sectors.
This is a newly created role offering hands‑on work, direct client contact and the chance to build deep expertise in a specialised and meaningful practice area.
Working alongside recognised experts in governance and regulatory matters, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of advisory, commercial and compliance work for schools, charities and related organisations.

You’ll support a diverse client base across the education and NFP sectors, with matters including:
- Advising on school regulation at both State and Federal levels
