Job Description
Enhance organizational effectiveness as a Corporate Change Management Professional. Collaborate with HR teams to define requirements and manage change processes to ensure compliance and safety.
In this long-term contract, you will engage with various teams to support Corporate Function projects and develop integrated solutions. Your role involves conducting thorough change analyses and implementing communication strategies that support sustainable change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments and create change management plans
• Develop stakeholder communications and readiness strategies
• Facilitate workshops with leadership and staff
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide coaching on change leadership and transition management
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management or equivalent field
• Preferred Master’s degree in a related area
• Change management certification such as Prosci is highly valued...
