Job Description

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Service Manager to provide prompt after sales support to corporate customers, covering SMEs to large corporates via our hotline. You will handle inbound calls, deliver accurate information, and assist with digital banking initiatives, ensuring seamless service at all times.

The role requires ownership mindset, a strong service attitude, and English proficiency; Mandarin helpful. Shifts run 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
