Full-time Secretaries and Administrative Assistants

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team with various tasks related to the legal work of the domiciled companiesIncorporation: contact with notary, opening bank-accounts etc.
  • Shareholders Meetings and Board Meetings, Liquidations, Standard agreements
  • Ensures administrative support including correspondence, filing, payment instructions for companies, copying,
  • Takes initiative related to a better functioning of the teams on a administrative level
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a financial sector in Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in English, German and French. Any other EU languages considered as an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High level of accuracy
  • Co-operative attitude
  • Sense of initiative
  • (Basic) knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law
