Corporate Actions Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to support corporate actions processing within a middle office environment. This role carries increased responsibility in review, oversight, quality control, and process support while serving as a resource for junior team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate actions or financial services operations and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products.
- Reconcile client holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Maintain all relevant documentation and recordkeeping within event files.
