Coordinator, US Wholesale Ecommerce

Position

The US Wholesale eCommerce Coordinator supports our US Wholesale accounts and their online efforts. This role is responsible for assisting in tasks required to get our products listed and available to purchase on wholesaler websites. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and familiar with the online shopping experience. This role reports into the US Senior Manager eCommerce, and is based in our Mexico office.

Product Copy and Image Procurement (45%)

• Maintain a list of all Wholesale products to ensure copy and images have been shared with the Wholesale accounts on time.
• Procuring product copy utilizing reports and a web portal.
• Adjust copy format to meet each account’s requirements.
• Send copy to accounts.
• Download product images using an Excel based tool and web portal.
• Adjust image file names to meet each account’s requirements.
