You will manage and coordinate roadside construction activities, ensuring smooth project execution by communicating effectively with contractors, officers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and site requirements
- Manage and communicate with a multi-national workforce to maintain productivity and teamwork
- Liaise daily with project managers, safety coordinators, main contractors, officers, and engineers to report work progress and resolve issues
- Coordinate cable laying and pipe laying works to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Maintain clear communication and site coordination to prevent delays and ensure efficient workflow
