Job Title: Coordinator, Healthcare Connections
Reports To: Senior Manager, Healthcare Connections
Location: Peel or Toronto (Flexible)
Contract Type: Contract until March 31, 2027, with possibility of extension
Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000
