**GENERAL OVERVIEW**
Coordinates communications from LifeFlight, Air Medical Programs, EMS providers and referral agencies to appropriate areas within AHN.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Coordinates flight requests and critical care ground transports; provides flight following for aviation vendor. (30%)
+ Enters data for all activities performed within the communication center.(20%)
+ Registers for LifeFlight transports and places charges in EPIC for flights and ground transports. Completes all appropriate documentation for patient care record in EMS charts. Provides primary support for One-Call. (15%)
+ Coordinates and dispatches specialty teams within WPAHS facilities.(10%)
+ Monitors all incoming traffic to heliport and safety watch. (10%)
