Coordinator, Drilling (Slickline, Offshore)

Coordinates and supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of Slickline operations across assigned rigs and fields, ensuring optimal equipment readiness, crew availability, and compliance with company Drilling’s HSE and operational standards. Acts as a key link between field operations, technical support, logistics, and management to facilitate seamless service delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinates daily and weekly Slickline operational plans, ensuring alignment with rig schedules and service requests.
• Maintains up-to-date records of Slickline crew rosters, equipment mobilization, job status, and client communications.
• Supports the Team Leader in supervising the execution of Slickline jobs, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, operational protocols, and technical specifications.
• Monitors inventory levels of Slickline tools, wire, and consumables, and raise material requests as needed.
