Join the Town of Caledon as a Coordinator, Development and manage the progression of development applications. Your role will encompass comprehensive coordination support for planning processes.
This opportunity includes one permanent full-time and one 18-month contract position. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will handle application tracking, documentation, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Key duties involve ensuring governance and smooth administrative practices across development applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage development applications throughout approval
• Issue planning notices per the Planning Act requirements
• Support Pre-Consultation and Committee meetings effectively
• Assist in final approval processes of Draft Plans of Subdivision
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years experience in coordination or plann...
