JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: The role is responsible for entry‐level processing of indirect invoices and supporting direct invoices for company vendors, and will manage incoming mail.
Essential Functions
Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts
Participate in organization's process improvement projects
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred
Experience
0-3 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment
SAP or other ERP experience is a plus
Skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
Able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Able to prioritize tasks with the help of management
