JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: The role is responsible for entry‑level processing of indirect invoices and supporting direct invoices for company vendors, and will manage incoming mail.

• Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts
• Participate in organization’s process improvement projects

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred

• 0-3 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
