Coordinador/a Mantenimiento Industrial (Castelldefels)

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 12 facilities across Western Spain from our Barcelona hub.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, uninterrupted sorting operations to support service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance and minimal downtime of sorting and conveyor systems.
• Lead maintenance strategies for conveyors, scanning systems, X‑ray equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues during operations and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
• Oversee building maintenance and support site operations.
• Control budgets, spare‑parts inventory, and maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
