Custom Declaration Coordinator

Sunstrong International is looking for a coordinator for custom clearance and also with logistic knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom declaration/clearance inside Mexico with custom broker.
• Make sure import and export custom clearance meets timeline.
• Lead manage negotiations with custom broker or related parties for declaration issues in a timely manner and cost wise.
• Regular follow up and update to ensure company meet custom laws and regulations.
• Give training to subordinates on custom requirement.
• Reporting custom status and data in weekly basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Colledge Degree, has a track record on custom clerance/declaration, with logistic planning is a plus.
• 2+ years experience in EMS industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
