Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean, slice, and trim the chicken and marinate it in a mixture
• Use deep fryer, oven, dispensers, and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as fried chicken, sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and desserts
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep records of the quantities of food used
• Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
• Keeping the kitchen and other work areas clean and sanitized
• Providing on-the-job training to junior or new staff

Full‑time‑Permanent: 30‑40 hours per week
