Job Description
Pikkio is an Italian pizzeria and trattoria located in Panania, Sydney NSW. The venue is currently looking for an experienced Cook to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items
- Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to restaurant recipes
- Ensuring food portions and food presentation meet company standards
- Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
- Ensuring cooking utensils, equipment and workstations are clean before each use
- Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas
- Assisting kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures are followed
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation standards
- Performing other general kitchen duties as required
