Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑service‑orientated Cook to join our Dietary Team. Under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor, the Cook will use culinary expertise to prepare and serve meals according to cycle menus, monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. The Cook directs and/or provides professional preparation of meals for guests, employees, and inpatients across the age continuum to facilitate the delivery of services. This position utilizes the food service process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide dietary services. The Cook must project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital, patients, and employees as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
