Deli/Seafood Cooks work as a part of the Deli/Seafood team, with an emphasis on cooking.The majority oftheir shift is spent cooking, but can also fulfill Deli/Seafood Associate duties: 

  • Prepare and cook products in warm kitchen with temperature of oil and ovens up to 500 degrees 
  • Follow safe food handling guidelines whenever preparing food, according to S.A.F.E. program standards
  • Maintain appropriate temperaturesand avoid cross-contamination throughout production and storage 
  • Has strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures/guidelines. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work safely and adhere to safety standards 
  • Learning and promoting our astounding variety of deli and seafood products 
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
