The Bungalow Children's Home, Sorrel Drive, Eastbourne, BN23 8BH
Contract: Temporary (6 weeks initially with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Every other Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Days off provided during the week when working a weekend
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at The Bungalow Children's Home in Eastbourne. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for young people and staff, ensuring all dietary requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in producing home-cooked meals, and understands the importance of creating a positive dining experience within a residential care environment.
