Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.
Fixed term contract for 12 months.
Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour.
What you’ll be doing
Cook on temporary contract for maternity cover (12 months) providing efficient service within the on‑site restaurant. Ensure customer satisfaction, meet cleaning and food hygiene standards, and assist the Catering Manager with daily duties.
- Prepare menu, cook and present dishes following good standards
- Ensure kitchen is clean and follow food/hygiene regulations
- Stock monitoring and ordering
- Follow budget set by the Restaurant Manager and minimise wastage
- Support the team during dedicated events and additional catering requests
- Develop menu plans
