We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Controls Engineer
to join our team! NOTE: 100% Onsite 12 - Month Contract Candidates will be required to be eligible to work OT including weekends and other shifts as required This is NOT an embedded software or vehicle ECU role, but a plant-floor Controls Engineering position supporting industrial automation equipment RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands-on automotive manufacturing Controls Engineer supporting plant floor automation (PLC, robotics, conveyors, commissioning Use Factory Information Systems (FIS) plant monitoring software to review times of automation, review and follow up automation projects and installations Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other automation problems Update program backups for automation Program new installations of machining, gantry and conveyor systems Reprogram automation for engineering changes and improvements REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
