Job Description
This is the highest accounting and finance position in the company, reporting directly to the CEO.
The role involves low volume but high dollar transactions (3 to 5 large invoices per month).
Core duties align with the previous Controller's workload, which included preparing monthly financial reports , managing payroll, bank reporting, and handling remittances for GST and external audits.
The candidate must act as a liaison and collaborate closely with your external accountant contact.
What you must have:
Technical Skills: Procore software experience is utilized, but a willingness to adapt to new technologies is more important than specific ERP knowledge. Gary is open to switching ERPs in the future.
