You will report directly to the President while overseeing three key accounting professionals. Responsibilities include the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate month-end closures. As you progress, you will have the chance to expand into financial planning, tax coordination, and collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Manage cash flow and oversee banking operations
• Ensure closure of month-end and quarter-end accounts
• Lead and mentor Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll teams
• Collaborate on financial system optimizations
