The Plant Controller is a business partner working with the plant, operations, and financial management to effectively manage and control the plant's financial responsibilities.
The Plant Controller manages the plant cost statements, capital and inventory reconciliations, and accountability reporting including budget, forecasts, and variance analysis.
This role will be key in identifying plant performance improvement opportunities and evaluating the return on capital purchases while protecting the company assets.
This role may supervise analysts or other financial staff as necessary.
