An exciting opportunity is available for a Controller in Kyle, TX with an established civil construction contractor located just south of Austin and north of San Antonio. This self-performing company has over 12 years of success, a strong backlog of TxDOT work, and a major growth goal.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 5 years of civil construction industry experience required

Minimum 3 years of Controller experience required

Experience with self-performing civil construction, heavy civil, infrastructure, or TxDOT-related contractors strongly preferred

Spectrum by Viewpoint experience preferred; comparable construction accounting software experience may be considered

Oversee accounting operations for a growing construction company with approximately 120 employees

Manage 3 direct reports, including an Assistant Controller, Job Cost Account...
