Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Lead annual financial statement audits and manage external auditor relationships
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and banking relationships
- Hire, manage, and develop accounting team members
- Act as a player‑coach, balancing strategic leadership with direct execution of day‑to‑day tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification required
- 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role
