We're hiring a dedicated Control Engineer at our Dartmouth Way Site in Leeds. This role focuses on maintaining critical control systems on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring operational excellence.
As our dedicated Control Engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and future-proofing a range of systems while maintaining complex integrations. With a focus on efficiency, you will manage 60+ PLCs and ensure that production systems are backed up and secure. This position is essential for maintaining continuity in our operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Support and manage 60+ PLCs and multiple HMI screens • Maintain 70+ control components and ensure integration • Identify and source rare or discontinued parts • Utilize specialized software for programming and connectivity • Audit incoming equipment for compliance and compatibility
