Control Desk Analyst

As aControl Desk Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring the internal and regulatory administrative processes of material collection shipments at PPG Comex plants, guaranteeing supply in compliance with current internal and tax policies. Additionally, you will generate controls and analyses that enable effective cost management within the approved budget and serve as a liaison with the areas involved in this process.

This position reports to the Administrative Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transportation requests for the collection of materials at PPG Comex plants, ensuring the registration of all related documentation in the systems.
• Record collection shipment route sheets in OTM accurately, ensuring transaction data accuracy and validating that freight rates correspond to those negotiated by the Purchasing department with the carrier.
