Job Description
In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service while overseeing security operations within a busy retail environment. Working in the Control Centre, you will support site operations through dispatch services, CCTV monitoring, incident management, emergency response coordination, and access control functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Dispatch security personnel as required
Liaise with site management, emergency services, police, fire, ambulance personnel, tenants, and staff
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
