This role combines legal and operational responsibilities, ensuring compliance with US legal requirements, company policies, and service-delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales) to ensure accurate and timely contract execution, while maintaining a high level of data integrity and organizational efficiency.
