Job Description
Position: Contracts & Project Controls Specialist Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage contractual claims (EOT, variations, disruption, and loss & expense) by reviewing contract entitlements, substantiating claims, and preparing supporting documentation
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, perform critical path and delay analyses, and identify schedule slippages and project risks
- Conduct delay and disruption assessments, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA), As-Planned vs As-Built, and Windows Analysis, to support claim justifications and project recovery strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project records, claims registers, and schedule variance logs while reviewing contract requirements, issuing contractual notices, and identifying potential claim events and project risks
