Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate bid packages, tender invitations, bidder lists, and bid leveling recommendations to support contract awards.
- Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and external business partners.
- Review and assess contract risks, providing recommendations to the Director of Contracting.
- Draft and administer construction contracts, scopes of work, terms and conditions, and coordinate execution.
