A leading residential developer and main contractor is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-value residential schemes in the Bristol region.
This is a senior leadership role within a stable, well-funded business delivering large-scale new build apartment projects. Schemes are substantial, complex and professionally run – the type of projects that enhance a CV, not just fill it.
You will oversee at least two live residential projects, leading Project Managers and site teams, ensuring programmes are met, margins are protected and standards remain high.
