Job Description


Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Contracts Administrator I for their Burbank, CA/Hybrid location.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Under general direction, analyzes Television scripts to ensure use of only fictional names/businesses and places; researches film rights, copyrights/trademarks and advises on legal requirements.
  • Reviews contracts, negotiates releases, prepares correspondence; advises executives and production personnel on clearances and other issues.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Review Television scripts and treatments to ensure that names, places, businesses, etc., are fictitious and confirms facts by checking information sources.
  • Review daily script revisions to verify required changes have been made and to check if any additions to the script require further clearances.
