**Job Overview:**
APTIM’s Energy Transition is seeking an experienced **Contractor Network Manager** . This position is based in Texas and will be responsible for leading the recruitment, development and management of the program’s contractor network on behalf of the HOMES/HEEHR program for the entire state. APTIM’s role is to develop and manage Home Energy Rebates created through the Inflation Reduction Act including the Home Owner Managing Energy Savings Rebate Program (HOMES) and the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR). Residential program knowledge and technical expertise in energy efficiency and weatherization is required.
