Contract: Tier 2 Network Support Engineer

Brainotech IT Solutions is looking for a Network Support Engineer – Level 2 to provide advanced technical support for network infrastructure. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, ensuring performance, security, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Cisco and other networking technologies, strong analytical skills, and CCNA certification. This is a freelance/contract position that requires in-person work in Chile.
