Contract Strategy & Management Senior Specialist

This role is pivotal in developing and executing contract and vendor management strategies. It focuses on optimising commercial outcomes, ensuring compliance (SLA, KPI, regulatory), managing risks, and fostering strong vendor and internal stakeholder relationships to support Maxis' objectives in a dynamic technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage post‑contract governance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee vendor performance management, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks, including claims and dispute management.
