Job Summary

Contract Management role within Accenture’s Legal & Commercial Services. Supports contract lifecycle, provides commercial and contractual advice, collaborates with sales, delivery and client stakeholders to drive value across agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, working with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts and geographies.
• Identify, track and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, working with contract management and project leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support pre‑award sales activities, engage with delivery teams to shape deals and provide contractual drafting support.
