CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Avail Planning & Execution Division (4X1), Contracts (CCO) Department (C400), of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will monitor contract technical performance over the life cycle of the contracts and issues correspondence or other direction to contractors to resolve problems. You will evaluate Change Order Price Analysis (COPA) proposals, and past performance under single award Firm Fixed Price and other cost type contracts. You will perform cost and price analysis to determine fair and reasonableness of a contract proposal. You will review contract completion documentation for adequacy and accuracy.
