Description
The Contract Specialist is responsible for supporting the lifecycle of distributor, consulting and government contracts, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation, and contract management systems. This role works cross-functionally to ensure timely processing, organization, and adherence to corporate policy requirements and provides operational support for the business unit. 
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate routine template agreements using established negotiation playbooks and escalation parameters, with mentorship and guidance to support the development of broader negotiation capabilities as business needs permit.
Administer and process distributor agreement portfolio using Conga contract management system platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance with corporate contracting policies, timely follow-up and completeness
