Contract Specialist

What you’ll be doing You’ll work closely with project managers, finance and commercial leaders to ensure contracts are administered effectively while protecting the commercial interests of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering client and subcontractor contracts throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondence
• Preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay notices and supporting documentation
• Identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks
• Providing practical commercial advice to project delivery teams
