Responsibilities If selected at the GS-09 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity: Performs a full range of contracting duties and responsibilities for assigned acquisitions, which may include acquisition planning, pre-solicitation, negotiation and award, contract termination, contract monitoring; Cont'd: review of complex invoices, contract modification, performance monitoring and feedback, resolution of performance problems and payments and pre and post-award contract review. Performs market research and analysis to develop new sources. Preforms post-award functions to include contract administration. Performs pre-award functions to include acquisition planning, solicitations, and negotiations. Establishes long-term contracts. Uses competitive Multiple Award Contract (MAC) programs and sole-source Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) strategic contracts to procure items for the customer’s mi...
