Contract Recruitment Sourcer (Cárcer)

Scorewarrior is a top mobile games studio based in Cyprus. We hire A-players for small, highly productive teams, so our hiring requirements are very high.

To increase the recruitment team's delivery we are adding a sourcer to work with each recruiter on gaming and technical roles. We are seeking a highly effective Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support our talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. This role is focused on research and sourcing, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS
• Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role
• Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters
• Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions
