Contract Recruiter (BPO) - Onsite Pasig, End-to-End

RBT Consulting Corporation is seeking a Recruiter (Project-Based) in Hinatuan, Philippines to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of BPO experience, excellent communication skills, and be willing to work onsite under a 23-month contract. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized database of applicants and ensuring timely updates regarding application status.
